Customer Support

Animalcare products are supported by a team of experienced sales, marketing and technical professionals many of whom have worked in veterinary practice as veterinary surgeons or qualified veterinary nurses. We also have a number of equine, animal and pure science graduates at first and post graduate degree level within the team.

Technical Support


A complete service for technical support and advice is provided by a team of consultants, veterinary surgeons and product specialists. These experts are available to guide the Animalcare Marketing Department as well as assisting in Technical and Regulatory areas. Our technical and regulatory affairs are managed by a fully qualified veterinary surgeon who has overall technical control of all research and development projects for new products as well as appropriate technical and regulatory oversight of the manufacture of existing products.

 

Customer Support


From our own warehouse situated at our headquarters in York Animalcare products are supplied to all leading veterinary wholesalers in Ireland. Our warehouse has full storage facilities including refrigerated and controlled drug storage. Also based at York is Animalcare’s experienced and professional Customers Services Team who provide the vital link between the business, our suppliers, our customers and other external stakeholders.
